RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure you have a great experience with your dpHUE products! If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our Product Specialists at info@dphue.com so we can help make it right.
If you are not completely satisfied with your dpHUE.com purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns will be refunded in the original payment method - less the cost of shipping and handling ($8.95). Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only. Returns and Exchanges will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.
If you purchased a bundle, all products within the bundle must be returned – partial refunds will not be issued.
We please ask that you refrain from combining returns from multiple orders into a single package. We encourage you to submit a return through our portal for each order.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at info@dphue.com for assistance. Please include a picture of the damaged item in your email.
ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATIONS
We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted. We process your order immediately in order to get it to your doorstep as quickly as possible, therefore cancellations and modifications are not possible.
For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.
PROMOTIONS
We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
