How to use
- Apply to pre-shampooed, damp hair. Wear gloves.
- Open color tube and squeeze entire contents into developer bottle.
- Shake thoroughly until color mixture is totally blended.
- Use tip end to make 1/2" sections throughout your hair and apply color mixture until completely saturated, working from the front to the back of your head.
- Put processing cap on and leave color on for 20 minutes.
- Using lukewarm water, rinse out color until water runs clear. For best results, follow with dpHUE Color Fresh Shampoo and Conditioner. Style as usual.

What are the allergy patch test recommendations?
- Mix a small amount of 1 part hair color with 1 part activator. Do not use metal objects. Carefully reseal the color and activator.
- With a cotton swab, apply a pea size of the mixture with a thin layer on an area 2 by 2 centimeters on the inner side of the forearm.
- Leave on for 45 minutes without covering or touching it; avoid contact with clothes; then rinse the test area with water and pat dry with a clean tissue.
- If you observe any changes to the normal skin appearance, such as itching, redness, swelling on and around the test area during the testing time or during the following 48 hours, you should rinse off the test area immediately, do not use the product and consult a doctor.

I have naturally dark brown hair but had a lot of blonde for awhile. Around 9 months ago, I went dark again so my hairdresser filled the blonde with red and then took me to a nice, rich brown. But as my hair has grown out, my natural color is becoming more obvious and the red has been showing through the mids and ends. Plus I'm starting to get grays coming through like tinsel and I was hoping to find an affordable and easy way to keep a nice, rich, and even dark brown. It feels so silly to pay $200-$300 just to have the hair color I have but even it out! My amazing hairdresser recommended this so I can just do it myself. This is my first time dyeing my own hair too. It was super simple! I watched a couple videos to make sure I sectioned it and applied the dye thoroughly but with everything else I followed the provided instructions. It was pretty approachable. I didn't expect it to be so soft and feel so healthy after!! The tone is gorgeous and is a noticeable difference (in a good way). My tone looks so even and rich. It really looks like I went to the salon. The grays are not fully covered (which I didn't expect with a Demi-permanent) but they are blended pretty well so they're not as obvious. My hair is long-ish, in my mid-back area, and one box easily covered it all. I even had a little extra. I got 2 boxes to be safe and am happy to have another one for later. The smell wasn't bad, which is great because I'm pregnant and having an ammonia free and low-scent dye is important! If you're looking for a low maintenance solution to keep up with hair as it grows out or to help blend some grays, I couldn't recommend this enough.

I am a natural strawberry blond and the strawberry is perfect to cover up my grays. The color blends perfectly with my natural color and makes the gray disappear! This is my first time coloring my hair with anything and the directions are straight forward and were easy for me to follow. Only complaint is I only used half of the product and had to throw the rest away.

I'm obsessed with this product. I typically need 2 boxes of dye to cover my long and very thick hair. I was thrilled when I only used one and my hair was SATURATED! I do wish it covered a bit more but I'm still very happy!
