Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders $50+. Standard shipping on orders under $50 is a flat fee of $8.50. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to FedEx Express, it's a flat fee of $19.95 on all orders.
All orders are processed and shipped within 4-8 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.

We understand package theft is a growing issue, however, once an order has been delivered dpHUE is no longer responsible for the contents. A claim must be filed with the carrier by the recipient. If an order is lost or damaged in transit dpHUE can file a claim and will work with you to ensure you receive your product.
